Refund policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and personal care/hygiene products cannot be returned.

How to Request
Email support@therravia.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Email support@therravia.com to arrange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover replacement or refund at no cost to you.
